The Motorola KRZR K1 does not stands up to the expectations of the users. Although this is not a bad phone to have in your pocket.

Design:

This cell has a form factor of Clamshell. KRZR K1 has a very stylish design, which will definitely attract all the eyes, It has a very attractive keypad & a big internal main screen of 176 x 220 pixels with 65k colours.

Network:

It has a Quadband network i.e. GSM 850/900/1800/1900

Dimensions & Weight:

KRZR K1 has a dimension of 103 x 42 x 16 mm.The weight of this phone is 102 grams, which is quite compared to other phones of this range.

Memory:

Memory of this mobile is a point of concern . It has only 20 MB internal memory which is almost "nothing". You can increase the external memory upto 2 GB by inserting a TransFlash card.

You can store 1000 contacts in the Phonebook. It also records the details of last 40 received, dialled & missed calls.

Ringtones:

It can play both the polyphonic and mp3 ringtones.

Camera:

KRZR K1 has a 2 MP camera, 1600 x 1200 pixels with 8x digital zoom. Mpeg4 video CIF 352*288 (15 frames per second)

Music Player:

The music output is good but not great. This phone supports all the main formats - MP3, AAC and AAC+.

Data:

Bluetooth with A2DP, so you can play music on a wireless headphone. It also have GPRS of class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots) with the speed of 32 - 48 kbps, & EDGE of class 12.

Battery:

It has a Li-lon 700 mAh battery. The company claims of around 300 hrs of standby time & 6 hrs of talktime.

Positives:

Stylish design

Good music output.

Bluetooth with A2DP.

Picture quality of camera.

Negatives:

No FM radio.

Camera lacks Autofocus & Flash.

Internal memory is very small.
