Installation of the plugin is a breeze. Just upload the PODPress folder into the wp-content/plugins/ directory. Then login to the site administration and active PODPress within the Plugins menu. The configuration menu in the options is very straight forward, and allows you to preview of what your podcast will look like within iTunes.

Now, once you write a page or publish a post, all you need to do is add your mp3 filename or full URL in the PODPress screen as shown below.
