The software is MySpace Guardian Toolbar 4.1. It will install just fine and most Windows based PCs. It installs into your Internet Explorer browsers automatically. This is a great program for families and anyone concerned about their own safety and well being when it comes to MySpace, where there are no doubt many sexual predators as well as spam and many other dangerous things floating around. With this toolbar you have the options of adding a search engine chooser, Predator Locator, a Skype calling feature, and a traffic reporter called HitsLink. It will gives you quick links to search for friends on MySpace, as well as browse for friends, your MySpace e-mail, Blog, and homepage. It's really nice to have all those links right in a toolbar, instead of trying to navigate through all MySpace's links in your browser.

With the search engine chooser feature, you can click on any number of search engines right through the toolbar. Then search for anything using that search engine. It's great to have a search engine chooser built in to the MySpace Guardian Toolbar. Also, the Predator Locator is literally a lifesaver for anyone that is worried about their family members on MySpace, or of course for yourself. They even have photos for most of the predators as well as thousands of new predators added every week to search through.

With the Skype phone calling feature you can make a phone call straight from your toolbar, as well as hang up, with just one click. It doesn't get my easier than that. The HitLinks feature of the toolbar is something you must sign up for before you use. But it's a great feature, it will show you how people found your website, who they are, and how many people view your website. Of course, you can choose to remove the Skype buttons, Predator Locator button, and HitsLink buttons from your toolbar if you don't use any of those.

All in all, it's a very good piece of software considering its purpose and goals, to help keep you safe.
