1) EverNote supports Multiple Note Formats. Notes can be created in many different formats like text, email, images, mobile phone images, clips, templates, hand writing etc. This software automatically saves your notes. No need to press Ctrl + S .
2) EverNote supports multiple and intelligent directories to notes automatically and manually too. Drag-drop feature is available for structuring the categories. More than 50 icons are available that can be assigned to different categories.
3) EverNote supports different methods of finding the notes. These methods are visual, time wise, category wise, keyword based and others. Found results are highlighted in yellow.
4) Evernote writes all the notes on a single paper roll which does not ends. So the scanning the notes are just like you scan your notebook.
5) Right click on an image and threw will be menu giving many options of image-editing. These options include resize, brightness, contrast, color, borders and more….

1)EverNote provides mechanisms to protect your data. Your notes are encrypted so no one can acess without you. Database can be password protected.
2) In order to assure that notes cannot be deleted accidentally, you can lock the notes. So no action (deletion) can be applied on them.
3) If you want to use your notes for the external applications, EverNote allows to export your notes in proper formats for this purpose, e.g HTML formats, text formats, MHT formats etc.
4) Both manual and automatic backup facility is present in EverNote.
