With ImageShack, there are instances where instead of the regular picture that you uploaded, a frog image is instead shown(which actually is really frustrating and irritating). To me,It is one of the single most annoying items to deal with while visiting many forums. Whenever a page has hotlinking, it can sometimes not show the image you wish to show whether it’s just a regular picture or anything in particular, it’s sometimes a frog. So I searched a little, and found there is a way to get rid of that frog and see original image at least in firefox.

For Firefox, to see imageshack images, follow these steps

-You must type about:config in the address bar. It will take you to settings of Firefox

-Type this in the filter bar

network.http.sendRefererHeader

-Double click on it and set your value to 0.

There is no method for Internet Explorer for this imageshack problem except maybe just right clicking and getting the address and getting the image that way alone.

For Opera users, to see imageshack images, follow these steps below.

-Press the F12 Key
-Disable the Enable Referrer logging

Hope this helps
