If this is the case for you and your colleagues, there's a new Web application that just might be the solution. It's called When Is Good and it finds a meeting time that is convenient for everyone.
It takes a lot of time for one person to sort through everyone's schedules and when it's a time-crunching situation, it could make or break a deal if a meeting is not set up.
When Is Good is a basic application that does not require a login or an account. All you do is create an event and highlight your convenient time slots. You are given a code and a link, which you send out to the others involved in the meeting. They have the ability to see your available times and then can plug in their times as well.
The UK-based service is continuing to develop and is even working on Outlook and Google Calendar integration.
When Is Good is available for $360 dollars a year to have a branded version of it hosted to your company's subdomain.
